You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items that remain unworn with all original tags and packaging. We offer exchanges for size or color when available, though our small-batch production means we cannot guarantee inventory.
Contact us first at service@lynxandloom.com, and we'll review your request. We will provide a prepaid return label if approved.

Your sweater should be exactly as received: unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Any signs of wear, stretching, or damage prevents us from accepting returns and exchanges.
