At Lynx + Loom, we craft each piece with intention and care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and completely satisfied with the quality and fit of your sweater.

FAQ’s

  • We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, reach out to us at service@lynxandloom.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out together.

    We ask that items are unworn with original tags and packaging intact. This helps us keep quality consistent for everyone. Once approved, we'll send a prepaid return label straight to you. We're also happy to exchange for a different size or color when available, though as a small-batch brand, inventory can be limited.

  • Just as you received it: unworn, tags attached, original packaging. We put a lot of care into each sweater, so we do ask that it comes back in the same condition it left us.

    If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. That one's on us and we'll make it right, no questions asked.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method. We'll send you a confirmation as soon as it's done.

    For anything outside these situations, reach out. We're a small team and we read every email. We'll find the right solution for you.
